Trustpilot is an open, online review platform where any consumer with a buying or service experience can review any company and any company can invite and respond to reviews for free. Reviews include a star rating system of one to five stars based on experience and can include written commentary. An experience does not mean the individual has purchased a product or engaged in a service with the business. Further, an experience can be positive or negative and does not imply another individual will have a similar experience. Star ratings do not infer or guarantee another person’s results or experience and does not imply any level of success or performance. Reviews are owned by the individual leaving the review and can be edited, updated, or deleted at any time. The business cannot alter or delete reviews. However, a business can request certain individuals to leave a review and encourage positive reviews. A business can ask reviewers to provide a reference number when they leave a review, to help identify an experience. Trustpilot deters but cannot prevent incentives such as discounts, monetary rewards, loyalty points, gifts, coupons, referral bonuses and the like when asking for reviews. Alexander Peter Wealth Management does not provide incentives including those mentioned herein. Reviews are given by current and former clients and non-clients which can include friends and acquaintances. No compensation was provided to any individual leaving a review.
